The products offered by NIELSSTOLTENBORG.COM to its customers are normally available, but despite all vigilance it may happen that your order is out of stock. The time of the printing of the order, the preparation of the parcel, and the time of shipping, we estimate an indicative time, not of rigor, to be approximately between 7 and 12 days. NIELSSOLTENBORG.COM cannot be held responsible for any delay in the delivery. The possible delays do not give the right to the purchaser to claim damages.
Poste Colissimo Tracking carries out the delivery in Metropolitan France. The deliveries in the EEC countries are carried out by the Post Colissimo Tracking Europe. Deliveries outside the EEC are made by International Post Colissimo Services; the tracking service is not reliable overseas but our experience is positive.
The product is shipped as a Document.
The shipping costs include the preparation and packaging costs. The preparation fee is fixed, while the shipping fee varies according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you combine all your items into one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
